All machines repaired or rebuilt by CMS are subjected to our test running procedure on our custom-built test plant.
Jaw crushers and screens are test run for a period of 4 hours in which bearing temperature and vibration are closely monitored using the latest digital monitoring equipment.
In the case of cone crushers we closely monitor oil temperature, oil pressure and head spin for again a period of 4 hours. During these test periods measurements are recorded at varying periods and recorded, these are available for the customer to view on request.

CMS workshop personnel hold all of the most up to date safety certification including passports to safety
and banksman certificates to ensure that we meet the most stringent health and safety requirements.
