Over the last 15 years, CMS-CEPCOR has earned a worldwide reputation for its expertise in the maintenance, repair and
re-building of a diverse range of crushing and screening plant, covering all the leading manufacturers of such plant.
MACHINE REBUILDS
Our workshop facilities incorporate 40 tonne and 15 tonne dual craneage, enabling our skilled engineers to repair and re-build machines, from the smallest cones up to the largest primary jaw crushers. Gone are the days of heating large roller bearings
in oil baths, CMS-CEPCOR use the most up-to-date bearing induction heaters, together with specialised hydraulic
fittings tools, ensuring the roller bearings (that can cost several thousands of pounds) are fitted in accordance with the
manufacturer’s specifications, maximising bearing life.
Fitting information on each bearing is recorded, and is available upon request.
TEST PROCEDURES
All machines repaired or re-built by CMS-CEPCOR are subjected to rigourous test procedures on our custom-built test bed. Jaw crushers and screens are run for a period of 4 hours, during which time the bearing temperature and vibration are closely monitored using the latest digital monitoring equipment.
Cone crushers have their oil temperature, oil pressure and head spin closely monitored, again over a period of 4 hours.
Regular measurements are taken and recorded, and are available for customer inspection.
HEALTH & SAFETY
CMS-CEPCOR workshop personnel hold all the up-to-date safety certification, including Passports To Safety, and Banksman Certificates, ensuring we meet the most stringent Health and Safety requirements.
